The following top 13 superfoods are some of the main foods I consume on a regular basis. For many people, like myself, these foods contain valuable ingredients for health and super-health that I commonly lack in our daily diet.

1) Fo-ti Root



Fo-Ti Root is a energy tonic renowned in China as the "longevity herb". Also called Ho Sho Wu, it contains a substance similar to resveratrol, which is reputed to lengthen lifespan.
